I am so happy I found GuRuAid. With my last service provider, I found myself forever bundling up my computer and carrying it to them. This was not a requirement, but I was afraid not to. With GuRuAid, I had no alternative but to allow them work with me. I have worked with them on two occasionsl. I have never experienced such professionalism. Speaking of patience, they have patience beyond belief. I am 78 years old and know little to nothing about computers. The other day I asked them to place an spyware or antivirus device on my lap top because they one I had expired that day. Do you think they stopped at the installation. Oh, no! They completely optimized the computer. It’s so fast it frightens me. I am listening to I-Heart Radio. I tried to listen to this station, but I had no success. Now I feel I have a total entertainment system on my computer. Can’t recall who my servicer was, but I want extend to him a million thanks!!!!
