Branding Brand Index (BBI)

Branding Brand launched the Branding Brand Index (BBI) as a way of measuring the shopping experiences across a retailer’s online and in-store sales channels. It’s a customer-driven qualitative analysis of a brand’s eCommerce experience from the shopper’s perspective. Utilizing an advanced proprietary algorithm to produce a score, from 0 – 100 that represents the quality of the shopping experience, the BBI takes into account site usability, performance, marketing & engagement, content & features, and merchandising.
